Can I visit WeddingMart's warehouse to view and buy products directly?

Yes, customers are welcome to visit our warehouse by appointment to view and purchase products directly. Appointments can be requested via our website at WeddingMart Appointments. Once we receive your request, our customer service team will check availability with the warehouse and confirm your appointment via email within 2 working days.


Product Queries


Are all products shown on the website currently in stock?

All our products are in stock in our UK based warehouse unless marked as Out Of Stock or Pre-Order in our website. We will contact you straight away if for some reasons we cannot fulfill your order or there is an error in the listing which are very rare case. 

We regularly update our stock levels on the website. If a product is out of stock, this will be indicated and marked on the product’s page. You can often request to be notified when the item is back in stock.


What types of products does WeddingMart offer?

We offer a diverse range of products including pipe and drape, table linens, chair covers, backdrops, lighting, artificial flowers, blossom trees, centerpieces and other decorations. Our full product lineup is available for browsing on our website.

How to place an order?

Placing the order on our website is very easy. You can browse through our catalogue and add the items to the cart. Then click on the checkout to make the payement and place the order which is safe and secured.

How can I track my order?

You can easily track the status of your order by visiting our order tracking page at WeddingMart Order Tracking. Simply enter your order number and email address to view the latest updates. Additionally, you can log into your account on our website to check the status of all your orders. This ensures that you are kept up-to-date on the progress of your delivery from the moment you place your order until it arrives.​​​​​​​

Do you take Telephone Order? Can i pay over the phone?

Unfortunately, we do not process orders over the phone. However, if you are unable to place your order online for any reason, please email us at [email protected] with your full order details. This includes the quantity, product codes, delivery address, preferred delivery method (standard or express), and a contact number. We will process your order manually and send you an invoice for payment. This ensures that you can still complete your purchase smoothly and efficiently.

How will I know that my payment has been accepted?

After your payment is processed, you will receive an order success message on the screen along with your order ID as well as an order confirmation via email that includes details of your purchase. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk / spam folder as some cases it may end up there. Dont forget to mark our email address as safe to avoid same for all future emails from us.

Will I be charged VAT?

We charge VAT on all sales inside UK. All prices displayed on our website include VAT, where applicable. However, if you are buying from outside UK, we dont charge VAT but you may require to pay this to your respective custom and tax authrity when goods received at the border.

What should I do if I encounter a problem with my payment?

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Yes, it is safe to use your credit card on our website. We use SSL encryption technology to protect your personal information and ensure the security of your transactions. We do not process cards in our website directly, all card infirmation are processed in a secured third party payment gateway. 

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

At this time, we cannot split a single order across multiple payment methods. You will need to select one payment method for the entire order.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined, please check that your card details are correct, including the expiration date, CVV, and billing address. If all information is correct and you still experience issues, please contact your bank or card provider for further assistance. Unfortunately, we dont have access to all the information to see why a card has been declined.

It is a common practice for the card provider / bank to put the payment on hold if a card payment / transaction failed online for security reasons but they usually release this within 48 hours. 

There are 2 more payment methods availbale at the checkout, PayPal and Bank Transfer. You can try the same card via PayPal. You do not require to have a PayPal account to pay using a debit or credit card.

Can I pay over the phone?

Unfortunately, we don't accept telephone orders due to security reasons. However if you are unable to pay on our website for some reason, please do contact our customer service.

Can I pay into your account? Do you accept Bank Transfer or BACS payment?

You can pay into our account. Please select the BANK TRANSFER at the checkout to place your order. You will receive the payment information email with bank account details to make the payment.

You can receive a detailed delivery estimate by entering your postcode at the product page, shopping basket or checkout on our website. This will provide you with the most accurate delivery options and costs available to your address, ensuring you can make informed decisions about your order.

Which courier service do you use?

We often use FedEx and Parcelforce for our UK mainland deliveries depending on your order size and delivery location. However, we do use other courier services too.



Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes, we do offer express delivery service within the UK. When you select express delivery at checkout, we use courier services that typically provide next-day delivery. However, please note that for large or bulky items, long-length items, or orders consisting of several boxes, remote or offshore addresses, delivery may take up to 48 hours.


Return & Refund


What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition. Certain items may be excluded from returns; please refer to our detailed returns policy on our website.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items. Once we receive your returned items at our warehouse, we aim to process the returns within 14 working days. Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Tax and VAT


Will I be charged VAT?

We charge VAT on all sales inside UK. All prices displayed on our website include VAT, where applicable. However, if you are buying from outside UK, we dont charge VAT but you may require to pay this to your respective custom and tax authrity when goods received at the border.

Can i buy without paying VAT?

We cannot remove or sell without VAT. We charge VAT at current applicable UK vat rate on all our sales inside UK. If you are buying from outside UK, you are exempt of VAT.
