Return Policy - WeddingMart

  • Buyer must open a return request within 14 days of the order received.
  • Please send us an email with your order ID, product models and quantity to [email protected] to open a return ticket. Please include as much detail information as possible along with some images which can help us to process your request efficiently. Our customer support team will then process your request to approve the return.
  • Once approved, buyer then needs to return the goods safely back to us via a courier with appropriate insurance in case of loss or damage in transit.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and in the orginal packaging along with all the associated parts. We reserve the rights to deny a return if the items are not sent back in their original condition, found mis used or violated the return rules, or abused our policy, buyer will be responsible to take the items back which we reserve the right either to discard the goods, remove and stored away after 14 days.
  • We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit or damaged on their way back to us.
  • Refund will be processed within 14 working days once items are received in our warehouse and we will refund the cost of the item, not the postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • If the order qualified for a free delivery, a delivery cost of £20+VAT or 10%+VAT of the total order value which ever is greater will be deducted from the total refund amount unless the goods were faulty. 
  • Our total return window is 30 days from the order received date to return the item back to us. We reserve the right to deny any return outside the this time frame.
  • Please note we do not accept or process return request over the phone to keep the conversation documented. 
  • Customized goods/made to measure or non standard size or fabric which have been produced specifically to customer requirements cannot be returned .
