General Delivery Terms and Information


  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays
  • We use FedEX Next Day Service.
  • The cut off time for Express Delivery is 1PM
  • Long length and Oversize items are not guaranteed but enjoying 92% sucess rate to be delivered next working day      
  • We partner with FedEx, UK Mail courier services to send most of our items but MyHermes and Royal Mail services are used to send the small items and samples. 
  • We will use reasonable efforts to deliver the products ordered within the timescales indicated on the Site or on the confirmation e-mail sent to the Customer. These delivery timescales are estimates; they are not guaranteed. 
  • The courier will deliver the items between 7AM to 6pm anytime and the buyer must make sure that someone in the address to receive the items.

  • The courier will leave the items with available neighbor unless instructed not to do so by the buyer when making the purchase.

  • The courier will make a second attempt to deliver the items if they failed to deliver the items in first attempt. The courier will hold the items for further 3 days in their local depot before sending back to us unless the buyer collect the items from the local depot. The buyer will needs to pay re-delivery charger and a further £10.00 return charge will be payable. There will be £10.00 re-delivery charge if the buyer would like the courier to deliver the items again after 2nd failed attempt.
  • WeddingMart shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages for failing to fulfill the order or failing to deliver the items on time for any reasons,  (including but not limited to loss of time, emotional damage, reputational damage, loss of revenue, loss of profit or loss of an opportunity.  


Upon Receipt of Goods

 

  • Upon receiving an order from us, it is essential that you check it thoroughly within 7 days of delivery.

  • If you discover a problem with the delivery or an item/items that you have received from us appear to be damaged or defective, please e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the problem in as much detail as possible.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued for used merchandise.

  • We will investigate your claim and depending on the nature of the issue we may request that you return the items to us for inspection.

  • Upon inspection a decision will then be made and we will either despatch replacements, refund or return the goods back to you.
